Grind size : 6 = Course

Water Volume : 255ml (Bottled Water – E Pura)

Temperature : 90°C

Steep Time: 1:35 min

Brewing Tips :

    • Bloom with 50g cold water. Brew for 1 min
    • Add 150g of water at 90 °C. Brew for another 1 minute
    • Break crust and add 55g of water at 90 °C. Brew for another 35 sec
    • Press
    • Serve
