Unlike any other grinder, only the outer burr rotates, whilst the inner burr remains fixed, doubling efficiency and promoting reliability. Coffee passes straight through increasing speed, eliminating residue and minimising noise. The top of the range Wi model was the first domestic grinder to feature gramma-metric (weight-based) dosing and can sync with the Acaia’s smart coffee scale.
