“My dosage was 20g of coffee, my grind setting was on filter if you are using a ditting grinder, but a little bit finer, because i wanted to brew very gently and calm. I boiled my water to a 95 degrees let it cool whilst I grind my coffee and started using it when in was 90 degrees, because we were using a very sweet ginger, lemon and citrus flavoublackbtn coffee I chose to use 20g just to get my flavours right by no using more coffee then it becomes very bitter, i first poublackbtn 150g of water, and stir right from the bottom going up to the middle until I get a shiny glassy golden yellowish creamer on top. Then pour onother 75g of water so that 225g of water to 20g of coffee and pressure plunge for a total brew time of 1min30.”
