Coffee dry weight : 23 grams
Grind size : 6 = Medium Coarse (Hourglass Brewer)
Water Volume : 225g
Bottled Water: Volvic
Bottled Water: Volvic
Temperature : 96 °C
Brewing Tips :
Add 100g of water and stir 6 times for 20 secs
Attach plunger and brew for 20 secs
Stir 6 times for 10 secs
Press for 10-15 secs
Dilute the 75g brew with 150g of water at 96°C
