Coffee dry weight : 17.5 grams
Grind size : 4 = Medium Coarse (Hourglass Brewer)
Water Volume : 220g
Temperature : 96 degrees
Total Steep Time : 60 seconds
Brewing Tips :
Bloom with 60g water for 18 seconds, fill to 220g and steep until 60 sec. Put on filter cap, flip onto receptical, swirl, and very slowly press. Stop when you hear a hissing sound. Now drink the nectar of the gods
