If you haven’t heard his name already, Winston Thomas is probably the most capable Barista in South Africa at the moment: He’s just finishing up his year as the reigning South African AeroPress Champion, he’s just won the South African Barista Championships, and is the Western Cape Barista Champion. We caught up with Winston to tell us about his AeroPress Champs journey with MoreFlavour, and what the experience means to him this year as a judge at the Nationals, and opening up an opportunity for the contestants this year.
