Coffee dry weight : 30g
Grind size : 9 = Course
Water Volume : 230ml
Temperature : 82°C
Steep Time: 1:30 min
 

Brewing Tips :

Add 120g of water at 82°C for 30 seconds to ground coffee
Stir vigorously for 10 seconds
Add filter and flip AeroPress
Brew for 45 seconds
Press for 25 seconds
Add 110g of water at 82°C to final brew
Serve
